To ensure your makeup lasts all day, every client is provided with a complimentary touch up Kit. I am also available for additional touch-ups during your event for an additional service fee.

Yes! I do travel all throughout Illinois and the country, please submit an inquiry with your location for accurate travel fees. If your venue is over 2 hours from Peoria IL or your start time is early, hotel accommodations will be required.

I specialize in bridal makeup but I do have some recommendations for great hair stylists depending on your area!

Yes! I have built a wonderful bridal team of talented artists that I have trained to emulate my style and work. Additional artists are required for parties over 4!

Bridal trials are Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9AM-4PM at my studio in West Peoria. Bridal trials are reserved for brides under contract with Makeup By Carissa. We do not offer bridal trials for nonbooked brides.

Your final payment is due 1 week prior to your wedding date. A balance reminder is sent with your makeup timeline 1-2 months prior to your wedding date. If payment is not received on the due date, all appointments will be cancelled.

I travel all throughout the country for brides! Additional travel fees will include but not limited to flights and baggage, parking, Ubers/car rentals, hotels, overnight fees etc. Please reach out for further information!
